Yes. We believe there is no bad weather, only bad clothing and children as well as teachers explore in every kind of weather. We do have a pavilion and an indoor space in winter for gathering or meals if the weather becomes particularly harsh. Our goal is to love nature and enjoy our time in celebrating all seasons.
Gear. Being dressed properly allows the children to enjoy all types of weather.

Gear includes, a winter hat, a sun hat, waterproof gloves (winter), knit gloves (fall/spring), wool socks, rain boots, snow boots, rain or mudsuit or a rain coat and rain pants, snow suit, layered clothing, indoor shoes (for winter session only).
Tuition is paid as a monthly sum, at the beginning of each month.
There will be an $80 deposit collected during registration.
Currently our program runs Friday mornings 9:30am – 1:00pm and costs $40 a day.
We can sometimes accommodate alternate schedules for additional care upon request. Tuition TBD.
Feather Garden is a State Registered Family Child Care. We work with NORWESCAP's Child and Family Resource Services who will give tuition assistance to qualifying families. Families may also be eligible for tuition assistance through the ALICE program.
